Q: We have a recertification due today 12-29-09 (within 5 day window period), certification begins 01-02-10. I would like to know if I can still use 2009 OASIS?
A: The M0090 date on the assessment dictates the assessment that should be used. The OASIS-B1 assessment should be used for assessments with a M0090 date before 1/1/2010 and the OASIS-C assessment for assessments with a M0090 date on or after 1/1/2010.
