Q: Where can I find reports on adverse events and/or potentially avoidable events? A: The Outcome-Based Quality Monitoring (OBQM) Potentially Avoidable Events may be obtained from CASPER. OASIS-C data was scheduled to be made available through CASPER beginning September 2010. Public reporting of these OASIS-C measures is scheduled to begin June 2011.
